As an important part of technical writing learning to create Visual and Oral Presentations are very important. I never thought I would be taught the correct way to breathe. Can YOU SAY NEXT LEVEL!!!
Effective breathing techniques are crucial for recording audio and visuals. Here are some key methods to enhance your performance:
- Diaphragmatic Breathing: Also known as "belly breathing," this technique involves expanding your lower abdomen to pull air into the lower lobes of your lungs. It provides better support for your voice and helps you speak louder without straining
- Silent Breathing: Practice breathing quietly through your mouth during recordings to avoid picking up breath sounds
- Breath Flow Control: Maintain a steady and controlled flow of breath to ensure consistent vocal delivery
- Breath Timing: Mark your scripts to plan breath points, allowing for natural pauses and smoother delivery
- Core Muscle Engagement: Strengthen your core muscles with exercises like planks to support your breathing and improve vocal endurance
Where did I learn about these very important steps in this course, which came in very helpful to complete some of the assignments. So not only do you get the correct material you have demonstrate that you can perform it correctly. how amazing is that to know if you had to stand up in front of your office peers you are prepared with the corrects to do well in all aspects.
